Accumulate the amount of the stay
After each stay, the booking amount is credited to your personal account 5 days after check-out at 00:00 Moscow time. The savings are displayed in your personal account.
After a certain amount of the amount spent for accommodation has accumulated, you will be assigned a new loyalty status.

Upgrade your status The
more often you stop, the higher your status in the loyalty program becomes. If you do not make any reservations during the calendar year or do not accumulate the necessary amount to move to the next level, your level will be automatically lowered.

What documents are required for the settlement?
For citizens of the Russian Federation over the age of 18:
- a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- international passport;
- temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- a document certifying the identity of a serviceman of the Russian Federation — during the period of mobilization, during the period of martial law and during wartime;
- in the absence of the specified documents — a driver's license.
For citizens of the Russian Federation under the age of 18:
- Child under 14 years of age: birth certificate of the child, written consent of the child's parents (legal representatives) for accompanying persons in free form, if the child does not check into the hotel with his parents (legal representatives);
- Child over 14 years old: passport, written consent of the child's parents (legal representatives) in free form, if the child does not check into the hotel with his parents (legal representatives).
For foreign citizens, the documents required in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:
- a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen;
- Additionally, one of the following documents: migration card /residence permit /temporary residence permit /temporary residence permit for educational purposes.

Upon check-in at the hotel, documents must be provided for each Guest.

A child under how old is accommodated in a room at no extra charge?
- Without providing an extra bed, children up to and including 6 years old stay free of charge in the same room with accompanying adults.
- An extra bed for children under 6 years old is available for an additional fee.

Is it possible to live with animals?
We always welcome guests with pets! If you are planning a trip with a dog or cat, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to welcome you at our hotel. The cost of the Pet service is 1,500 rubles per day.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
RIONI's 24-hour restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Volga Apart-Hotel. You can book a table in the hotel restaurant in advance by phone: +7 (495) 783-91-06.

What time is breakfast?
A buffet breakfast is served on the ground floor in the RIONI restaurant. From 7:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 7:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
